Summer 2010:

Sydney is still a powerhouse on the milk line, good looking, and friendly.  She has nice teats and milks out from a terrific looking udder.  We were going to keep her buckling this year to add to our buck herd, but were convinced to have him go to another herd to work.  I'm sure he will do great there, maybe next year we'll get to keep one of her kids...

Summer 2009:

Sydney's only a two year old?  That's hard to believe.  She is milking like a pro and is so easy going that she takes everything in stride.  She's a real nice girl and we are thrilled that she received such a great appraisal score.  

July 2008 update:

Sydney still thinks she is a kid in all ways except for milking.  This year she isn't drinking all the milk like last year - she's actually contributing, and doing a great job.  Sydney is a fun goat to work with and we are enjoying her immensely. 

July 2007 update:

Sydney was our first doeling born in 2007 and, WOW, did she grow fast.  She is a big, long girl with a wide body, long legs and sweet personality.  She sure looks like she'll be a great milker - just like her mom.
